Membership Update Forms
Members that would like to update their addresses or death benefit beneficiary information can download, fill out and then print their updated form. The form is then submit it to Brother BUNYAK. This form as well as a new membership form is available to download at the bottom of the Good of the Order page. Both forms are in PDF format. They can not be Emailed and must be submitted in person or signed then mailed to Brother Bunyak.

Lodge Meeting
The next regular lodge meeting will be on Januaray 19th at 8:00 p.m.

Lodge Clean Up
The next clean up date will be Januaray 21th at 8:00 a.m. If you have a couple free hours we would appreciate your assistance in the maintenance of our lodge. There will also be a S.W.R.C. Board Meeting. All members are invited. At this clean up we could really use some extra HELP!
Lodge Reservation
For anyone wanting to use the lodge for their own function you must be a member in good standing of F.O.P. #15 or F.O.P.A. #14.

Police Training
Just a reminder that anyone of our agencies can use our hall without deposit for any training classes.
